The service
Crosstune is a tool for keeping a catalog of tunes, lists, notes, links, and recordings. We provide it as offered, and its features can change.
Your content
You own your content and your recordings. You give us only the right to store and process them so that the service works for you. You are responsible for having the right to add what you add.
Acceptable use
You must not use Crosstune to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to upload content that you have no right to use. You must not try to disrupt the service or to reach another person’s data.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes.
No warranty
Crosstune comes without a warranty of any kind. We do not promise that the service is always available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything that you cannot lose. To the extent that the law permits, we are not liable for lost data or for indirect loss.
Ending access
We can suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.
Governing law
The laws of the State of New York govern these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page.
